You can add an account to your mobile device to make it easier to sign into your account in the future.

You can search for your account by name email address or phone number. In the upper right corner of the facebook home page there will be a field for your email address. Open the facebook app from your mobile device or navigate to facebook from your mobile browser to add or remove a saved account from your phone. Search for the account you want to recover.

If you have a phone number associated with your account you can log in with it as well. Enter the email address you used to create your facebook account.
