This park provides ocean access ocean views and great location 1 5 miles to downtown anacortes only 8 miles to the san juan island ferry s. The second exit was impossible for anyone to turn right at. The staff warned us to be sure to take the first fidalgo bay rd exit off of sr 20 and we are so glad they did.

It has a nice paved walking bike path that goes thru the park and ends in downtown making it a quick relaxing way to get to town.

You are right on the water of fidalgo bay you can see tankers fishing boats and pleasure craft. The services here are nice as well strong internet being the best thing. Very close to explore anacortes whitby island and deception pass in june 2015 we stayed in our fifth wheel at fidalgo bay resort in anacortes wa. Down side is the size of the sites.
